Return & Refund Policy

At restruxured, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before it is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of excessive wear, washing, or misuse.

Exchanges

If your item is determined to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, RESTRUXURED will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the issue is determined not to be the result of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be canceled and refunded at any time before they are delivered.

Once a pre-order item has been delivered, it is subject to the same Return & Exchange Policy outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Products damaged through improper use or care

  • Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information
